Ability: Pick 1 character. Learn an Evil role they could be. If Evil picked, that is their role; if Good picked; the role is arbitrary.

Strategy

The dreamer is currently one of the weakest villagers. Its main use is to confirm itself by picking a dead evil or a Wretch. However, there are several more creative ways in which it can be used, but this does make the dreamer themselves harder to confirm:

• Pick an alive character If they are seen as the role of a dead evil and the dreamer is truthful, they are good.
• Pick someone who is suspected of being a particular evil(or either is good or a particular evil) based on their positioning (Poisoner, Pooka, Counsellor, Puppet ) or due to Oracle information. Doing this, however, there's a small chance of the dreamer seeing the evil you think they are incorrectly.)
• Pick the same character several times. If they are truthful and say different evil roles, the picked person is good. Saying the same role does not prove them as evil.

If there is an active Day-Night cycle, they can pick once a day. They share this distinction with the Fortune Teller, Jester, and Judge.
