Power Through is comparable to Get Psyched for dealing with Fatigues, with Power Through being more expensive and less reliable but also providing Strength.

If using Power Through, having a smaller deck or using Fast Metabolism is very helpful for minimizing Power Through's weaknesses.

Power Through is comparable to Beef Up as a way to gain Strength. Power Through can generate much more Strength but has to rely on Fatigues to do it.

Fatigues played by Power Through do not trigger Shock.
