An elite squad of eight warriors created by The Sculptor. Four human fighters of noble birth were used as templates for four superior clayborn warriors that should never suffer from Cleaving. Grey Irma is a Pristine, along with four other individuals met throughout the course of her travels.
The Sculptor created a clayborn army on behalf of King Drahan to quell a rebellion. He found success but soon after the clayborn became Cleft, turned mad with hunger for Ichor, and attacked his own kingdom. In an effort to save the kingdom, or perhaps simply for his own purposes, The Sculptor created the Pristines.
