Synergies

• Ipecac - Can be rapidly fired with decreased damage.
• Taurus - Gradually increases all stats during a fight. Libra prevents Isaac from becoming invincible (unless with high stats), and stat increases will remain until the end of the fight. Amusingly, Isaac will continue to turn an even darker red after he stops gaining stats.
• Tape Worm - Greatly increases DPS. Deadly with Mom's Box.
