Adds a chance to shoot a fist tear that has extremely high knockback and confuses enemies.

Effects
- Adds a chance to shoot fist-shaped tears, that deal extreme knockback and cause confusion.
- Enemies that are knocked back will take/deal 10 damage to and knock back any enemies they are knocked into, as well as if they run into a wall/obstacle.
Synergies
- Jacob's Ladder - Enemies that are shocked by a knockback tear will also be knocked back.
- Tech X - Each hit has a chance to trigger the effect.
