Notes
Enlightened doubles the effect of the next Power card played.
Playing a Power with multiple stacks of Enlightened doubles the power and consumes one stack of Enlightened.
All stacks of Enlightened are lost at the end of the turn.
Upgrading only adds Retain.
Useful for every power except for Hunker Down, which currently does nothing when played more than once.
Unlocked Mind is comparable to Echo for duplicating powers. Unlocked Mind is cheaper to play, even more so because you do not have to play the power twice, but it requires having both in hand before you can play the power.
