Yung Cuz, or Y.C. for short is the unfinished sixteenth Vanilla Mutant. He has a voice, sprites, and menu text, but has no abilities as he was unfinished.
Y.C. was adapted into a C Skin for Y.V. in Nuclear Throne Together, and a standalone mod has been created with an attempt to finish the character.
Abilities
Unimplemented
The text found for Y.C.'s abilities is "LIL BUDDY" and "GOT UR BACK." It's unclear what these could have meant and it's likely we will never know.
Possible speculation includes him having a friendly helper, being able to call for help in some way, or being a support character meant for co-op.
Throne Butt
Y.C.'s Throne Butt has no effect. The text for it is "GO 4 IT" which similarly has no known meaning.
Airhorn
While not a true ability, this is being listed for completion. If you press B on the keyboard while playing Y.C., an airhorn sound will play and the screen will shake. This can also be done when loading into levels and picking Mutations.
Ultra Mutations
Game God
Game God has no effect but has completed artwork. The text for it is "PLAY HARD."
Car God
Car God has no effect but has completed artwork. The text for it is "FAST LYFE."

- Is now playable by normal means after dying with the Cuz "Pet."

Trivia
- Even earlier than being a character, Y.C. was planned as Y.V.'s B Skin. It was presumably cut in favor of his current one due to how it was a different character from Y.V. with his own potential.
- Y.C. has no sitting animations and does not play his sounds for reaching and sitting on The Nuclear Throne.
- Y.C. is one of the eight Vanilla "Mutants" who are not actually mutated. The others are Y.V., Steroids, Robot, Horror, Rogue, Big Dog and Skeleton.
- Y.C. is seen in Y.V.'s Crib playing a console game on the couch and eating chips. He pauses the game and looks at you if you get too close, cheers if you play the Airhorn and cries if his tv is destroyed.
- Y.C. is Y.V.'s cousin. It's possible he's also presenting himself to the public in some way, as his name is similar to Y.V.'s stage name.
- Y.C.'s page on the Nuclear Throne wiki was one of my main inspirations for starting my own, as it is a laughable excuse for content that uses uncredited fan art.
