Confiscate adds a 20% chance for an Ammo Chest, Weapon Chest or Medkit to drop from an enemy instead of an Ammo Pickup, Weapon or Small Medkit respectively.
The Ammo Chest can be a Present Chest or I.D.P.D. Chest instead, and the Weapon Chest can be a Cursed Weapon Chest if you have a Crown.
