Enemies explode into tears upon death, which inherit the effects of Isaac's tears.

Effects
- Upon killing an enemy, tears are released from them in random directions.
- The amount of tears released from an enemy is equal to how many tears has hit said enemy. (Up to 16)
- These tears are red in coloration, but appear to be otherwise Identical to Isaac's, inheriting status effects.

- Mom's Perfume - If an enemy dies when feared, the tears released on death can also apply fear
