- Confusion is only applied once Isaac begins fading into the background. Any enemy that spawns while Isaac is already faded won't be confused until Isaac fades in, then out again.
- Can be used to open the entryway in The Depths to Mausoleum/ Gehenna II, instead of The Polaroid or The Negative, destroying the trinket in the process.
- This won't work if the trinket was consumed by "Gulp!" pill or Smelter.
