If Isaac has an empty heart container, another one is added at the start of each floor.

Effects
- If Isaac has an empty heart container, no red hearts, or one red heart container, an empty heart container is added at the start of the next floor.
- Having an empty Bone Heart will not trigger this effect.
- There is not a special exception for The Forgotten; the item does not function for either the body or soul.
- Characters like ??? that can only have soul hearts will not benefit from this item.
- Empty coin hearts while playing as Keeper also do not work.
