• Takes Isaac to an abandoned and expanded version of Home, which has one copy of every item in the game. After taking an item, Isaac returns to the room he used Death Certificate in. In addition to items, the area also has several pickups.

Synergies

• Void - If you use Void in one of the rooms with items in it, it sucks up every item in the room without kicking you out of the area. This allows for you to get a massive upgrade to all of your stats without consequence.
  Black Rune works too.
  Abyss works as well.
• Moving Box - Using this item in one of the rooms with items in it allows you to take 10 additional items with you.
