- Doors that require a key can be opened with explosions.
- Also works on key blocks, golden chests, and the special door that eventually leads to Dad's Note. It does not work on the golden door that leads to Mega Satan however.
- Doors that require two keys (Vaults and Dice Rooms) only require one bomb to open.
- The door to the Mausoleum/Gehenna can also be entered with one bomb without the need to spend any hearts.
