Effects
- Upon taking damage, spawns a white attack fly for the duration of the current room. The fly orbits Isaac at medium range, similar to Forever Alone, but with much higher speed.
- The fly deals 10 damage per tick (150 contact damage per second).
- This item belongs to the Beelzebub set. Collecting three items from this set will transform Isaac into a giant humanoid fly.
