The game starts off with the, who we presume, main character talking about a child. That child is a little girl named Adrienne. Adrienne is described as shy (at first), quiet, and sort of timid.
The main character, in notes, states their observations of Adrienne in class. They state that Adrienne's homelife may be rocky and that she may have a sort of trauma due to lacking affection and love from her parents. The main character goes on about "make-believe" and "imagination.
When Adrienne first appears on screen; the mc asks some questions causing Adrienne to state that she likes the basement and the cool stuff down there.
