Learn how far a specific Evil is from another closest specific Evil

Strategy

• If there is only one Evil, a truthful Scout will say such. A Lying Scout will still give a distance between Evils.
• Generally useless until you discover 1 other evil.
• If you find the evil they mention: Check out players the given distance away
• If you found all other evils: Check possible positions the given distance away
• Can register Wretch(believe only for the distance though)
• To determine if lying: Either found a closer evil than said to the given evil or neither of the characters the given range away can be evil
