Circus Electrique Wiki

circus performance

Having your crew perform nets you circus XP, character XP (for the ones performing), but also extra gold and -most importantly- basic materials to make craftable items.
Each perrformance nets you specific items so if you need something specific, be mindful of that.

Assign crew

Each performance needs you to fill a certain combination of characters, the slots needed may greatly vary in numbers.

To get the maximum bonus, you need to fill the two bars to the right of your performance interface up to thresholds marked by stars. Each bar corresponds to a different value that you can boost as follows:

- the first one is the compatibility bar. It gets boosted everytime one of your crew member gets a compatibility bonus from being adjacent to a character class specified in its own character sheet (green or red class icons)
- the second one is the devotion bar. It gets boosted by your performer's overall devotion level

You also need to meet the performance's skill threshold corresponding to the sum of your performer's skills, as noted in the corle below the two gauges.

For every star you so unlocked, you'll be able to boost your performance's results by spending said stars in one of three following columns:

- Audience, boosting money and crafting materials received at the end of the performance,
- Entertainment, boosting cirucs XP and crafting materials received,
- Complexity, boosting XP received by your performers.

You can also assign bonus stars using specific craftable items in your inventory.
