Ending your turn with Wounds in the hand deals x^2 damage, where x is the number of wounds in the hand. If you manage to get 10 wounds in your hand you will take 100 damage.
There are two ways to have wounds added to your deck.
4 enemies will add Wounds to your deck on hit. All 3 Gob Brothers will add a wound to your hand when they deal unblocked damage, and Assassin will add wounds to your hand with his melee attack when it deals unblocked damage.
The Crane Charm will add a Wound to your hand at the start of each turn.
