Notes

Kinetic doubles the damage of attacks. A stack of Kinetic is consumed when attacking.

The damage multiplier is applied after all flat damage increases.

Kinetic will not be consumed if the attack does not hit anything

Kinetic will be consumed if the target has Precognition or is immune to damage.

Kinetic is not lost between turns and remains until used up by attacking or when the battle ends.

Wind Up+ is a very good target for Dupe.
