Notes
Because it is free, exhausts when used, and draws multiple cards, Think Fast is useful in any deck with more than 5 cards.
The only potential downside of using Think Fast is it could draw a Full-on Attack when you cannot play it, potentially causing it to exhaust.
If you see one as a card reward, you should almost definitely take it, unless taking it would mean missing out on an important card for your deck.
