The highest energy cost card in the game, with the exception of cards that have had their cost increased by Deteriorate.
The cost cannot go below 0, but the cost reduction seems to have no cap. If you retain Roll 5 times without playing it, Roll's cost will be 0 even if the cost is increased by status cards or a Frozen Tile.
When Muscle Memory is used on Roll, Roll's cost is fixed to 1. Its cost will not reset when played, but it will also not go down when retained. Therefore, use Muscle Memory on Roll in builds that play Roll often, and do not use it in builds that only use Roll in emergencies.
