Does not benefit from any damage-increasing effects, neither flat nor percentage. This includes powers, skills, damage-increasing stats such as Strength, and damage-increasing debuffs on enemies.
Damage from Ignite does not count as damage for most things that activate on damage.
Does not trigger Spiky.
Ignores Precognition.
Does not work with powers that activate on attack or damage dealt such as Fire Baller and Reflex.
will activate and also deal damage through Nullify.
Will activate Strength gain on-hit effects of Cursed Brute and Berserker.
Does not ignore Block.
