Because it is free to play and replaces itself in the hand, it may seem like there is no downside to adding Fast Reloads to the deck, but there is one potentially dangerous one. Because you do not know which card in your deck Fast Reload will draw, you have to decide where to move with Initiative before knowing what card Fast Reload will draw.
Another risk of using Fast Reload is the chance of drawing Full-on Attack when you cannot play it, causing it to Exhaust. Fast Reload+ fixes this by letting you discard the Full-on Attack if you draw it when you do not want it.
Fast Reload+ draws 2 cards and then discards 1, this lets you cycle through your deck quicker.
