Easily the best draw card in the game when upgraded. 2 cards for 0 energy when fighting 1 enemy, more with multiple enemies.

The most cards Ferocity can draw is 12. Even if Ferocity was the only card in your hand, you can not be able to draw the full amount unless you increase your hand limit through an event.

If your deck is small enough, Ferocity+ and any 0 cost attack becomes an infinite combo.

Because it is added to the discard pile before you draw, Ferocity can draw itself.

Not very useful for drawing powers, as it requires being next to an enemy which likely means getting hit.
