Every 2 times you apply Bleed by dealing damage, draw a card. This Power can be stacked to decrease the number of times required.

Upgrading Killer Instinct does not increase the effect, it only decreases the cost and adds innate.

Playing an additional copy of Killer Instinct reduces the number of times you have to apply bleed to draw a card to 1. Playing further copies does nothing.

Applying more than one bleed to a single enemy at once with effects like Razor Sharp only applies one stack of Killer Instinct.

Killer Instinct can create infinite combos rather easily against enemies with no block.
