The current Visual Editor doesn't let you link to an already existing page. You can use the Source Editor.

To insert a link to a page `charonite`, type `<Link slug="charonite" includeIcon>TEXT HERE</Link>`. `includeIcon` is optional, it adds the icon of the page, use it wisely.

Does anyone know a way to reset the game (start with an empty save), but back up my other save, so I can get back to it later?

You can find images for machines, stones, etc. in `GAME_DIR/resources/app/game/img/`, where `GAME_DIR` is the game's directory.

If you have Sixty Four on Steam, find it in your Library, click RMB, then `Properties -> Installed Files -> Browse`.
